Avocado Potato Salad





Ingredients:

2 avocados
500g potatoes
Salt and Pepper

Cooking steps:

Step 1: Add peeled and chopped potatoes to boiling water

Step 2: Boil potatoes until tender and drain

Step 3: Mash the boiled potatoes and the cut avocado (with the"stone" removed) in a bowl.

Step 4: Season with a little salt and pepper and ready to serve.

Optional step: Served/ mixed with a garden salad (eg. baby corns, tomatoes and baby lettuce)
