Ingredients:
flour (eg. sweet potatoes flour)
dried shrimps (soak longer to soften it)
eggs
carrots (cut to thin slices)
cucumbers (peel off the skin and cut to thin circular pieces)
onions (chopped to small bits)
salt and pepper
Cooking steps:
Step 1: Fry with oil, the onions and dried shrimps for 10 seconds.
Step 2: Add the carrots and cucumbers to the wok and while frying, add a little water and allow it to simmer until the vegetables are soft.
Step 3: Scoop the fried ingredients out of the wok and into a bowl.
Step 4: Add the eggs, a little salt and pepper to the bowl of fried ingredients and mix them.
Step 5: Add flour to the bowl and mix them well.
Step 6: Fry the mixture like a pancake and serve with sauces (eg. Mayonnaise).
