french Beans
2 eggs
salt and Pepper
Cooking Steps:
Step 1: Cut the onions and french beans to small "fragments".
Step 2: Fry the onions and french beans for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3: Add the beaten eggs into the wok of onions and french beans. Fry till the egg turns slightly brown on both sides.
Step 4: Add salt and pepper and it is ready to be served. Yummy!
Cooking tips: If you want to cook an omelette instead of a fried egg, add a little water to the egg before whisking it and use butter instead of oil to fry it.
