Ingredients:
sliced potatoes
cut shallots, garlic and ginger
sliced carrots
sliced chicken/ beef
crushed nuts
Sauce (mix the following in a bowl)
water
shaoxing wine
sugar
soy sauce
sesami oil
Cooking Steps:
Step 1: Fry the cut shallots, garlic and ginger.
Step 2: Add the sliced chicken/ beef and fry for a few minutes.
Step 3: Add the potatoes and carrots.
Step 4: Add the sauce, cover the lid and let the wok of ingredients boil for 5 -7 minutes.
Step 5: Serve with crushed nuts sprinkled on top.
