Ingredients:
cut sweet corns
cut carrots
sliced ginger
cut chicken
salt
pepper
shaoxing wine
fish balls (optional)
Cooking Steps:
Step 1: Blanch the chicken.
Step 2: Add ginger and chicken to a pot of water and allow it to boil for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Add the corn and carrot and allow it to boil for another 5 minutes before simmering the soup for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4: Add salt, pepper and shaoxing wine.
Step 5: Add fishballs and let it boil for 5 minutes and it is ready to be served.
