Cabbage Soup
Ingredients:
(green or white) cabbage
ikan bilies
garlic bulbs
cut ginger
chicken bones/ legs/ meat
Optional Ingredients: scallops/ cuttlefish, carrots/ tomatoes, fish balls
Cooking Steps:
1) Add water, ikan bilies, garlic bulbs, cut ginger and chicken parts in a pot and boil for about 15-20mins to take out the sweetness of the ikan bilies.
2) Sift out the ikan bilies.
3) Put in the cabbage and continue to boil until the cabbage turns soft.
4) Add a pinch of salt and it is ready to be served.
