Ingredients:
broccoli (cut them to individual flowers)
cuttlefish (cut and remove the intestines)
carrot (cut to small round pieces)
onions (chopped to small pieces)
garlic (chopped to small pieces)
ginger (cut to thin strips)
salt and pepper
Cooking steps:
Step 1: Boil the broccoli with salt for a few minutes.
Step 2: Scoop out the broccoli, dip them in cold water and leave them in a bowl.
Step 3: Boil the cuttlefish for a few minutes.
Step 4: Dip the cuttlefish into cold water before putting it in a bowl.
Step 5: Pour away the hot water from the wok.
Step 6: Put in some oil and fry the garlic, ginger and onion.
Step 7: Add in the carrot and allow the wok's ingredients to simmer it for a minute.
Step 8: Add the broccoli and a little water to the wok. Cover the wok with a lid and let it cook for 2 minutes.
Step 9: Add the cuttlefish, pepper, salt and fry them for a minute. The dish is ready to be served.
