Healthy Fried White Bee Hoon

Ingredients:

1) Bee Hoon (Red Chillies brand)
2) Onions
3) Garlic
4) Ikan billies (anchovies)
5) Mince Meat marinated with ginger and salt
6) French Beans
7) a bowl of water
8) (Optional: fried egg, pepper, red chillies, soy sauce)

Cooking steps:

Step 1:
Boil a wok of water and add salt. The salt helps to separate the bee hoon. Add the bee hoon to the boiling salt water for about 1 minute. Drain the bee hoon of the water and place them in a bowl. Cover the bowl with a "lid" to allow the bee hoon to continue to thicken.

Step 2:
Fry the cut onions, garlic and ikan billies in a table spoon of oil. Next add the marinated minced meat and fry it till the meat is cooked. Finally, add the cut french beans with 1/4 bowl of water. Cover the wok and let it boil for a minute.

Step 3:
Uncover the wok, add the bee hoon and mix the bee hoon with the ingredients in the wok. Finally, cover the wok and let it cook for a minute.

Step 4:
Fry the bee hoon one last time and then it is ready to be served! Bon Appetit!
